Transparency matters
Clear, honest information about cost — before you commit to anything. No surprises.
Session rates
Rates are consistent from your first session to your twentieth. What you see here is what you pay — no hidden fees, no intake surcharges, no surprises.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
Insurance
I am a self-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement after paying out of pocket.
After each session I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with all the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer needs to process your claim.
Before your first session
Ask your insurer:
How out-of-network reimbursement works
Pay the session fee at time of service by card, HSA, or FSA.
I provide an itemized receipt with all diagnostic and billing codes required by your carrier.
Submit to your insurer directly. They review and reimburse you based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
Cost shouldn't be what stands between a family and support. A small number of spots are reserved for those who demonstrate financial need. If that's your situation, please mention it when you reach out — I'd genuinely rather work something out than have you not get the help you need.
Reach out to discuss →Under the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services.
You may request a written estimate at any time. If you have questions about your rights, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or ask at your first appointment.
Cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting started. If you have questions about fees, insurance, or what to expect financially, reach out before booking.
