There's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. While meaningful progress typically requires more than just a session or two, every family's journey is different. Some families find they achieve their goals within a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support spanning 20 sessions or more
Many families choose to continue working with me as new challenges or opportunities for growth arise, while others feel equipped to handle future situations on their own. There's no right or wrong approach – we'll work together to determine the best path forward for your family and adjust our plan as needed. My goal is to provide the support you need for as long as it's helpful, while empowering you with tools and strategies you can use long after our work together ends.
I accept payment at the time of service via:

Insurance Reimbursement
I operate on a private pay basis to provide customized, individualized services without insurance constraints. However, I can provide detailed documentation (superbills) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
Before beginning services, I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask:
Do you have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is your deductible, and is it separate or combined with medical deductibles?
Have you met your deductible through medical expenses (if combined)?
What percentage of out-of-network services will be reimbursed?
What documentation is required for reimbursement?
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges for health care services. This includes psychological and behavioral health services.
When you schedule a service or request cost information, I will provide a written estimate of the expected charges. This estimate includes:
All expected service fees
Length and frequency of recommended treatment
Any additional costs that may apply
You can also request an estimate at any time by contacting my office. If you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charges.
